Yes. Signing up takes an e-mail address and a password — no card, no subscription. You get 25 free product enrichments to run on your own list; if you like the results you buy a credit pack, and if not there is nothing to cancel.
A CSV, Excel (XLSX/XLS), JSON, TSV or TXT file with at least a product-name column. Barcodes (EAN/GTIN), SKU, brand or price columns improve accuracy further.
Every row gets a confidence score based on cross-checking multiple sources (EAN equality, brand/model agreement, specification consistency). High-confidence rows are delivered as verified; borderline rows are flagged for review instead of guessed.
Any — you export your product list in whatever language you need, whenever you need it. Translations are generated automatically (brand names, models and units stay untouched) and cached, so repeat downloads are instant.
Manufacturer pages, major retailers and product databases, matched per row. Every enriched product carries its source URLs so you can verify provenance.
Small lists finish within the hour; large product lists run at roughly a thousand products per hour and keep running unattended — we email you when your product list is ready.
They come back to you untouched and unchanged, clearly marked, and cost no credits. Borderline matches are flagged for your review — each is paid for when it is delivered, so accepting is free and can be done any time. If a match is wrong, reject it within 14 days and 0.9 of the credit comes back; 0.1 covers the searching and data collection already done for that row, as set out in our Terms.
You buy a credit pack by card — 1,000, 5,000, 10,000 or 20,000 credits, cheaper per credit in the larger packs. 1 credit = 1 enriched product, deducted as the run progresses. You can start a 100,000-row list with a 1,000-credit pack: the run simply pauses when your credits run out, and you continue whenever you like. Credits never expire.
Your list is used only to run your job and is never shared or resold. Ask us to delete your data at any time.
